 Terms & Conditions :
- Room Rates : All rates are net in Thai Baht per room per night applicable only to single occupancy and double occupancy, inclusive of breakfast (maximum 2 persons), service charge and government tax.
- Child Policy : A child under 4 years of age sharing room with parents is free of charge (breakfast included). A child between 4 and 12 years of age will be charged at 50 % of adult extra bed rate (breakfast included). Baby cot on request is free of charge (subject to availability).
- Compulsory Gala Dinner : Christmas Eve (24th Dec) & New Year Eve (31st Dec) 1,800 Thai Baht per adult per event. And 900 Thai Baht per event for a child between 4 and 12 years of age.
- Deposit : 30% deposit from the total amount is required on booking. Otherwise, the booking cannot be confirmed.
- Balance : The payment is to be made in full upon arrival.
- Cancellation : Deposit will not be refunded.
- No show : One night will be charged on top of the deposit, which cannot be refunded.
- Early Departure : Discount will not be offered.
- Late Arrival : Unused night(s) from the total amount of reserved room nights are not refundable.
